Audit & Strategy Process

Planning is HUGE, but so many companies are desperate for leads and sales, they wait until after the fact to slow down and plan. At Red Branch, we’ve created a step-by-step process that forces us all to slow down and discover just what needs to be done, and what doesn’t.

It starts with an in-depth audit. Each Subject Matter Expert (SME) at the Branch tackles your company’s… well, everything, and does a simple SWOT of your marketing as compared to your biggest competitors. We then offer “if you only do one thing after reading this” ideas and takeaways. Red Branch Media audits take about 4-6 weeks and are typically between 40-60 pages of intel.

Then comes the strategy. It offers a complete plan to turn your organization’s marketing plans around. We’ll use your input after an audit session with your stakeholders and our key takeaways to create a comprehensive document that touches on buyer personas, messaging framework, and every aspect of your marketing and online presence. Our strategy process takes about 4 weeks, and the deliverable is typically between 30-50 pages long.
