So I ate a cheeseburger for breakfast…
It was delicious. However, it made me nauseous… and groggy. Thankfully, we take a daily walk that ends up being about a mile to help us get out of the office, get some fresh air and break up our busy day. The walk saved me, and I learned that cheeseburgers and onion rings at 10 in the morning aren’t the best meal to prepare me for a Monday. Obviously, I already knew that, but sometimes it takes a good reminder. So when I came across this infographic from Target Logistics on Daily Infographic I just knew I had to share it with our Red Branch friends.
