Maren was able to speak at the Employer Brand Strategies Conference on the May 22 in San Diego. EBrandCon welcomes sponsors like TMobile, Allegis Global Solutions, and CVSHealth. Maren’s Keynote focused on revamping your employer brand to sell your job to potential employees.

The Only Constant is Change

Red Branch Media is continuing to move up, grow and work with more clients. Because of that, we’re doing what all great companies most do. CHANGE! Maren created Pods to help all the Brancher’s collaborate and create even better material for our clients.

“Benefits are great amirite? Unlimited vacation, at work gym and transportation to and from? What can be better? Not having those benefits. Sometimes, what you think is great, is actually destroying your company. Employees don’t want to stay at work all day to work out, shower and do actual work. Unlimited vacation seems cool at first, until assignments aren’t getting done. Transportation can take financial burden off a lot of people, but now they feel they owe you something.”
