Dimension 2: Risk Level
What happens if this goes wrong?
HIGH: Legal/financial/safety/brand implications

- Example: Contract terms, financial projections, customer promises, employment decisions

Dimension 3: Edge Case Frequency
How often does this task encounter unusual situations the AI wasn’t trained for?

- AI will struggle with most cases
- Example: Handling customer complaints (each one is weird in its own way), managing team conflicts

MEDIUM: Occasional exceptions, clear escalation paths

Do they naturally document workflows and think systematically?

Assessment 4: Strategic Thinking
